Job summary

Tinytots International Daycare & Preschool in Copenhagen, Denmark is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to cover sick or holiday relief. You will plan activities, ensure a safe, hygienic learning environment and support children’s growth through observation and collaboration with families and staff.

Requirements include high level English (C1+); a Bachelor in Education/Early Childhood Education preferred but not mandatory; 2–3 years’ nursery/kindergarten teaching experience

Qualifications

• High level fluency in English (C1); Danish not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Education / Early Childhood Education preferred but not mandatory.
• 2-3 years' early years teaching experience in nursery/kindergarten preferred.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Management preferred.
• Montessori certification or demonstrable Montessori pedagogy experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities and lessons within the curriculum framework.
• Ensure learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe continuously.
• Assist in observing and recording children’s growth and behaviour.
• Build open, constructive communication with children, families, administration and staff.
