Job summary

UtilityCloud is seeking a Support Specialist fluent in Finnish to join our Nordic team, based in Oslo or Halden. You will be the first line of contact for Finnish customers, triaging, investigating, and resolving requests with fast, clear language.

This entry point offers growth into either development or customer success / account management for the Finnish market, with on-site work two days a week and mentorship from senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Finnish – required for customer dialogue.
• Fluent in Norwegian or English, ideally both.
• Pursuing a BS degree in a technical field; basic programming skills helpful.
• Experience in support, customer success, or related roles is a plus.
• Ability to work at least two days per week on-site in Oslo or Halden.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of contact for Finnish customers, triage, investigate and resolve requests.
• Provide fast, clear, and reliable answers in Finnish; communicate status and ownership.
• Escalate to 2nd line when needed while retaining case ownership until resolution.
• Contribute to knowledge base and self-service resources.
• Feed product/engineering with recurring issues and patterns.
