Job summary

EY's Tax Technology & Operations in Oslo is seeking a Finance Consultant or Manager to help transform finance functions through technology, data, and smarter ways of working. You will work across Finance, Tax, and Technology to deliver change and enable improved reporting and processes in the Nordics.

The Nordic team collaborates with leaders, stakeholders, and technology specialists to drive end-to-end finance transformations, with SAP projects and operating model redesign at the core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, economics, tech, or related field.
• Experience in management consulting or finance transformation.
• Experience with process improvement and change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of finance processes.
• SAP or ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management presentations and lead client workshops.
• Analyze and map current tax and finance processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Finance, Tax, and Technology.
• Support business development across the Nordic region.
