Job summary

CSI Leasing, Inc. is seeking a Business Administration Manager to join our Nordics operation.

You will be a member of the local leadership team, partnering with the Managing Director to oversee administrative and financial functions, regulatory compliance, risk management, and performance. You will lead Lease Administration, Accounting, and Credit & Funding teams, develop processes, drive efficiency, and support strategic decision-making across Europe and global teams.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Finance, Operations, Contract Administration, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Experience with credit, funding, and risk management practices.
• Experience in leasing, asset finance, banking, or financial services is highly desirable.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams across Lease Administration, Accounting, and Credit & Funding.
• Set departmental objectives aligned with company strategy and business priorities.
• Drive operational efficiency and process optimization across the organization.
• Collaborate with European and global teams on cross-border projects and governance.
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal control frameworks; coordinate audits.
• Maintain relationships with banks and funding partners to support cash management.
