Job summary

Maze Feedback AS in Oslo is seeking a Finance Manager to own the day-to-day finance function and act as a close partner to the CEO. You will work with management across Volaris Group Nordics to drive growth and provide accurate financial insights.

The role covers financial controlling, business partnering, and reporting for a growing international software company. A degree in accounting/finance, strong systems skills, and IFRS exposure are valued; a flexible work-from-home option is available.

Qualifications

Background in accounting, finance or audit.
Hands-on and independent with the ability to own tasks spanning accounting, controlling, and business partnering.
Strong systems skills and familiarity with IFRS is a plus, supported by the corporate team.

Responsibilities

Financial controlling: hands-on day-to-day accounting and controlling, ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Business partnering: partner with CEO and management, translate data and KPIs into insight and actionable plans.
Reporting: monthly and quarterly reporting, variance analysis, support internal and external audits; IFRS experience is beneficial but not required.
