Job summary

Dell Technologies in Narvik, Norway is seeking a Field Service Senior Engineer to deliver on-site support in data centers, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and coordinate with remote teams.

You will plan and perform installation services, upgrade firmware, reseat parts, and guide issue resolution while keeping up with the latest Dell offerings and technologies.

The role may involve shift work and travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant field service experience.
• Industry certification in Linux, Windows, VMware or networking.

What you’ll achieve

As a Field Service Senior Engineer, you will apply technical expertise, peer collaborating, diagnosis tools and analytical practices to resolve customer issues, taking care of our customer IT operations by delivering outstanding on-site support within the Data Center. Shift work may be required upon request.

You will:
