Job summary

Arondite seeks a Deployed Software Engineer in Oslo to implement and deploy our platform with Norwegian customers and partners in real-world settings.

You will travel to customer sites, test environments and field exercises, learning unfamiliar systems quickly while writing robust software that meets operational needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong programming skills in server-side languages (C++, Java, Rust, Python) or front-end (TypeScript/JavaScript with Angular/React).
• Willingness to travel frequently and spend time on-site with customers.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer and partner sites in Norway/UK, understand operational use cases.
• Deploy Arondite products in customer environments and adapt to real-world constraints.
• Write secure, production-quality software for deployments and field use cases.
• Interface with autonomous systems, robotics platforms, sensors, and legacy systems.
• Work through integration challenges across Norwegian, UK and NATO-aligned systems.
• Collaborate with users to refine implementations and maximize mission value.
• Provide product feedback to core engineering to improve the platform.
