Job summary

Arondite seeks a mission-driven Deployment Strategist to lead planning and execution of system deployments with customers and partners in Norway. Base in Oslo with travel across Norway to meet clients and demonstrate capabilities.

You will translate field insight into product direction, engage with operators and engineers, and help shape deployment methodology for the Norwegian market. This is a hands-on, leadership-oriented role in a growing team.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in a technology company.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Independent decision-making under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work on site with customers for a significant proportion of your time.
• Ability to understand both software systems and operational user needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with users and stakeholders to map workflows, pain points, and integration challenges.
• Identify and frame customer problems aligned with product vision for Cobalt and Arondite's autonomy stack.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to prioritise high-value problems to solve first.
• Design and guide iterative delivery plans that reduce user pain and demonstrate value quickly.
• Act as the bridge between users, product and engineering to keep solutions aligned with realities.
• Support demonstrations, trials and pilot activities involving heterogeneous systems.
• Help customers understand how Cobalt enables interoperability across sensors and platforms.
• Refine priorities with customers to ensure adoption and measurable impact.
• Champion a user-centric approach across deployment activity and the wider company.
• Contribute to deployment methodology in Norway, including local conditions and security requirements.
