Job summary

MDE Group is seeking a seasoned Completion/CMC professional to lead structured preparation, execution and handover of major completion activities in renewable energy projects. You will ensure proper use of completion processes, participate in ProCoSys implementations and mentor teams across interfaces with engineering, MC, commissioning and operations.

Ideal candidates bring a solid C&C background, ProCoSys experience and a strong quality mindset, with English fluency and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education at Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level.
• Solid experience from completion, commissioning or Construction & Commissioning (C&C) roles.
• Good knowledge of project models and work processes within major engineering and construction projects.
• Documented experience with ProCoSys.
• Experience from both engineering and execution phases is considered an advantage.
• Subsea experience is desirable but not required.
• Structured and analytical approach with a strong holistic understanding.
• Confident in providing professional and technical advice.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex interfaces.
• Strong focus on quality, maturity and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for structured and efficient preparation, execution and handover of completion activities within a major renewable energy project.
• Ensure correct use of completion work processes and digital work tools.
• Support training of relevant personnel in the use of C&C digital tools.
• Support implementation of standardized coding structures and system breakdowns in ProCoSys.
• Facilitate interfaces between ProCoSys and relevant internal and external systems.
• Ensure alignment between engineering, Mechanical Completion (MC), commissioning and handover to operations.
• Support early identification and management of remaining scope and Carry Over Work (COW).
• Establish MC and commissioning structures, including system boundaries, packages, scope and workflows.
• Ensure correct coding, system breakdown and completion workflows.
• Ensure LCI requirements are met in collaboration with the LCI Lead.
• Quality assure readiness certificates, including RFSC, RFCC and RFOC.
• Provide professional expertise within CPR, MC and commissioning.
• Work closely with project management, engineering, suppliers, contractors, construction, commissioning, LCI and operations.
• Support and guide the project team in the use of ProCoSys and the Client’s work processes.
• Contribute to evaluations of contracts and supplier deliveries related to completion.
• Drive quality, maturity and continuous improvement throughout completion activities.
