Job summary

Monil is seeking a Business Systems Lead to own and evolve our ERP (Odoo) as the backbone of the business. You will work across Commercial, Operations, Product and Finance to simplify processes, improve data quality and reduce manual work.

You will design scalable integrations with CRM, product platforms and payment providers, prioritise the system roadmap and partner with external vendors. Based at Lysaker HQ, you will report to the CFO and drive automation and AI-enabled workflows across the

• Experience leading ERP or core business platform implementations.
• Ability to map and optimize cross-functional business processes.
• Experience designing and managing integrations between ERP, CRM, product platforms and payments.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve ERP (Odoo) as Monil's core platform.
• Define and prioritise the business system roadmap with stakeholders.
• Configure, optimise and extend business processes as the company grows.
• Ensure scalable, not ad-hoc, ways of working and data quality.
• Design scalable integrations across core business systems (ERP, CRM, product platforms).
• Identify automation opportunities and leverage AI to create value.
• Manage external vendors and governance for business systems.
