Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a D365 Solution Architect in Bergen, Norway, hybrid work with weekly on-site presence. You will shape the Dynamics roadmap, harmonise processes across finance, operations, and sales, and partner with external implementation teams to maximise platform value.

The role requires deep D365 CE and F&O experience, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to drive adoption of new technologies and AI-enabled improvements.

Are you a Dynamics 365 expert who thrives on driving business transformation, process improvement, and technology adoption?

We're partnering with an organisation that has recently completed a major digital transformation programme, successfully implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O across the business. Following a successful go-live earlier this year, the company is now entering an exciting new phase focused on optimisation, user adoption, AI innovation, and future platform development.

As their new D365 Solution Architect/System Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the next stage of their Dynamics journey, acting as the key link between business stakeholders and external implementation partners while ensuring the organisation continues to maximise its investment in the platform.

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with business process owners, departmental leaders, and the VP of Digitalisation & IT to drive process harmonisation, continuous improvement, and adoption of new technologies.

You'll help define the future Dynamics roadmap across key business areas including:

• CRM & Customer Service
• Sales
• Finance
• Purchasing
• Logistics
• Warehousing

Beyond solution ownership, you'll act as a change agent, helping teams move away from legacy ways of working and unlock the full potential of the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting a recently completed greenfield D365 implementation as the business moves into stabilisation and Phase 2 planning
• Working across D365 F&O and CE alongside specialist implementation partners
• Translating business requirements into scalable, practical Dynamics solutions
• Driving process improvement initiatives and business-wide adoption of the platform
• Identifying opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies
• Acting as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and external partners
• Influencing the long-term Dynamics roadmap and platform evolution

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience within Microsoft Dynamics across CE and F&O
• Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders and process owners
• Experience driving process harmonisation and organisational change
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, supply chain, sales, or customer service
• The confidence to challenge established ways of working and champion best practice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
