Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE to meet business needs.
• Design scalable CRM solutions following Microsoft best practices.
• Develop C# plugins, custom workflows, and APIs for Dynamics 365 CE.

Responsibilities

• Configure Dynamics 365 CE OOTB features to meet requirements.
• Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
• Design and implement scalable CRM solutions.
• Develop and maintain C# plugins, custom workflows, and APIs.
• Create Power Automate flows for business process automation.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external apps using REST/Web APIs and Azure services.
• Plan and execute data migration to Dataverse, including data cleansing and validation.
• Develop SSRS/FetchXML reports and Word/Excel templates.
• Create dashboards and charts; optimize report performance.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and release documentation.
• Monitor performance and resolve production issues within SLA.
