Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking an Environmental Advisor to support environmental discipline across oil and gas activities. You will provide expert advice on environmental management and conduct assessments to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

The role requires 5-10 years of experience, a relevant higher university degree, and fluency in English and Norwegian. Offshore safety training (GSK) is preferred.

  • The job requires high level of expertise and a thorough understanding of oil and gas industry practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide environmental support to activities and projects.
  • Contribute to environmental risk assessments and chemical assessments.
  • Support regulatory processes and government correspondence.
  • Coordinate the collection, verification, follow-up and reporting of environmental performance data, including CSRD and OGMP.
  • Provide advice on environmental performance, emissions management and reduction initiatives.
  • Drive improvements in environmental data systems and reporting tools.
