Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires relevant higher university degree.
• Typically 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of NCS and European regulations and standards.
• High level of expertise for oil and gas industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental support to companys activities and projects
• Contribute to environmental risk assessments and chemical assessments
• Support regulatory processes and government correspondence
• Coordinate the collection, verification, follow‑up and reporting of environmental performance data, including relevant internal and external reporting requirements such as CSRD and OGMP
• Provide advice on environmental performance, emissions management and reduction initiatives
• Drive improvements in environmental data systems and reporting tools

Required expertise

• Requires relevant higher university degree.
• Requires typically 5-10 years relevant experience
• Good knowledge of NCS and European regulations and standards
• The job requires high level of expertise and a thorough understanding of the oil and gas industry practices, company s needs and general business conditions.
• Is in full command of the English and Norwegian language
• Preferable valid offshore safety course (GSK)
