Job summary

IKM Consultants AS in Stavanger seeks an Environmental Advisor to support our environmental discipline. You will provide expert advice on environmental management, conduct assessments, and ensure activities meet relevant standards and regulations.

Key duties include supporting regulatory processes, coordinating data collection and reporting (CSRD, OGMP), and driving improvements in emissions management and reporting tools. Excellent knowledge of NCS and European regs is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires higher university degree in environmental field.
• Typically 5–10 years relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of NCS and European regulations and standards.
• Excellent understanding of oil and gas industry practices.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian; offshore safety course (GSK) preferred.
• Location Stavanger; duration ASAP - 30.06.2027.

Required expertise

• Requires relevant higher university degree.
• Requires typically 5-10 years relevant experience
• Good knowledge of NCS and European regulations and standards
• The job requires high level of expertise and a thorough understanding of the oil and gas industry practices, company s needs and general business conditions.
• Is in full command of the English and Norwegian language
• Preferable valid offshore safety course (GSK)
