Stott and May Inc. is seeking an AI Product Engineer in Oslo to design and deploy production‑grade AI agents for enterprise customers. You will work between customers, product and engineering to translate complex problems into scalable AI products that run across orgs.
You will engage directly with senior stakeholders, own technical solutions, and drive end‑to‑end delivery from idea to deployment in fast‑moving environments.
Qualifications
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building with AI, LLMs or agentic systems.
- Experience shipping real products into production.
- Competent with APIs, integrations and architecture.
- Confident collaborating with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Curious, proactive and owns outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Building and deploying production‑grade AI agents for enterprise customers.
- Working directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points and technical requirements.
- Taking solutions from initial idea through architecture, build, deployment and iteration.
- Building with LLMs, agentic workflows and modern AI tooling.
- Integrating AI into existing enterprise systems, APIs and legacy infrastructure.
- Building solutions across web, desktop, internal tools and other customer‑facing applications.
- Turning individual customer problems into scalable product capabilities.
- Owning both the technical solution and the real‑world outcome.
