Job summary

Sperton Global is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong data and AI experience for a government client in Norway. The role focuses on building AI-powered solutions, preparing data for AI use, and exploring opportunities in generative and agentic AI.

You will work on production-ready AI systems, collaborate with experts, and contribute to open-source projects. The position is based in Oslo, Norway, with 100% full-time availability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer.
• Strong experience with data handling and data-driven applications.
• Experience building and operating production-ready, scalable systems.
• Practical experience with AI/ML solutions, preferably including RAG and agentic AI.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Norwegian language skills at least B2 and English at least B1.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing and delivering generative AI solutions.
• Build and integrate solutions using multiple data sources.
• Prepare, structure, and optimize data for AI applications.
• Develop RAG-based solutions and agentic AI frameworks.
• Develop scalable and production-ready systems.
• Support reliability, scalability, and operation of AI solutions.
• Explore and evaluate new AI technologies and use cases.
• Collaborate with technical and domain experts.
• Contribute to open-source development where relevant.
