Job summary

Stott and May Inc. is seeking an AI Product Engineer in Oslo to design and deploy production‑grade AI agents for enterprise customers. You will work between customers, product and engineering to translate complex problems into scalable AI products that run across orgs.

You will engage directly with senior stakeholders, own technical solutions, and drive end‑to‑end delivery from idea to deployment in fast‑moving environments.

AI Product Engineer

We’re working with one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies, now valued at unicorn status, building AI agents that are changing how large enterprises operate.

Their mission is to make AI actually useful inside complex organisations by deploying intelligent agents across voice, chat and back-office workflows, helping businesses automate high-value work, improve customer experiences and rethink how teams operate.

They’re now looking for an AI Product Engineer in Oslo to help build and deploy these systems with some of the region’s largest companies.

You’ll sit directly between customers, product and engineering, understanding complex operational problems and turning them into production‑grade AI products that can scale across entire organisations.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and deploying production‑grade AI agents for enterprise customers
• Working directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points and technical requirements
• Taking solutions from initial idea through architecture, build, deployment and iteration

Relevant backgrounds could include AI Engineer, Product Engineer, Applied AI Engineer, Software Engineer, Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.

Experience with Python, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs, cloud infrastructure, enterprise integrations or data platforms would be highly relevant.
