Job summary

Sportradar AS seeks an Engineering Manager for AV Analytics and Customer Behavior to lead a skilled team delivering high‑volume streaming analytics. You will own architecture, observability, security, and performance of the analytics stack and collaborate with product teams across Trondheim and other offices.

You will guide data modeling, big data processing, and backend development in Java/SpringBoot and AWS, while exploring AI-enhanced software development.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in software development.
• Excellent knowledge of Java, Spring and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS products (Redshift, S3, Aurora, EKS, ElastiCache).
• Experience or interest in ClickHouse analytical database.
• Interest in leading a team of engineers and line management.
• Willingness to work with big datasets and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for architecture, observability, security and performance of streaming analytics stack.
• Lead the team of developers in AV Analytics squad and collaborate with product teams.
• Analyze and structure large datasets in the cloud data warehouse.
• Work with a modern stack: Java, SpringBoot, EKS, MySQL, Redshift/ClickHouse.
• Prototyping, PoCs, and production‑ready software development.
• Contribute to system architecture design and deployments as senior engineer.
• Collaborate with AV operations and other offices.
