Job summary

AutoStore System, Inc. invites a Senior Enterprise Analytics Engineer – Commercial to build the data foundation behind our commercial analytics in a fast-growing Norwegian multinational.

You will own the Commercial data domain and deliver trusted data models, metrics, and reusable data products. You will collaborate with Commercial teams and the IT Data group to align data products with our enterprise platform, ensuring data quality, governance, and readiness for future AI and GenAI use cases

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, BI, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise analytical data models, Silver/Gold data layers, and reusable datasets.
• Advanced SQL skills across multiple sources and layers.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Fabric.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Familiarity with PySpark, dbt, Python, data governance, or CI/CD is a plus.
• Experience with CRM, sales, or marketing data is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Silver and Gold-layer data products for the Commercial domain in Databricks.
• Work with Commercial stakeholders to define data definitions and KPIs.
• Partner with IT Data team to align data products with the enterprise platform and pipelines.
• Own data quality, documentation, lineage, and governance for key Commercial datasets.
• Investigate data and BI issues and implement sustainable data-model improvements.
• Help establish analytics engineering standards and AI-ready data foundations.
