You will balance people leadership with technical insight in a modern C#/.NET/Azure stack, while guiding product-focused software development and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

Solid background in software development and modern engineering practices.
Experience leading engineers in a product-focused environment.
Cloud-based systems experience; Azure is a plus.
Experience from agile, empowered, cross-functional teams.
Leadership style that communicates clearly, listens actively, and builds engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of engineers by setting clear direction, building trust, and encouraging growth.
Shape technical choices with an eye on quality, sustainability, security, and long-term platform health.
Partner closely with Product and Design to turn ideas into well-prioritized, valuable customer solutions.
Strengthen ways of working across the team—from planning and delivery to testing and continuous improvement.
Promote good engineering practices and thoughtful use of emerging technologies, including AI.
Help create a positive, inclusive team culture where diverse perspectives are valued.
