In theDigital Customer Platformsteam at Laerdal, we shape how customers around the world discover, buy, and use products and services that help save lives. AsEngineering Manager, based in Stavanger, you will leada great teamof software engineers working on business‑critical platforms with real societal impact.You’llbalancepeopleleadership with technical insight, creating an environment where collaboration, learning, and long‑term product sustainability come first. Your role is to help teams succeed—today and over time—while continuously improving how we build and evolve our digital solutions.

Our technology landscape is modern and evolving, withC#/.NET on Azureat the core andReact and Vue.json the frontend. Experience with our stack is valuable, but we especially welcome leaders with strong fundamentals incloud technologies, APIs, and product‑focused software development, who are curious about how AI can be applied responsibly and meaningfully.
