Job summary

If is seeking a Process and Journey Manager to drive end-to-end customer journeys and business processes across channels. You will collaborate across business and technology to turn insights, data and digital capabilities into better customer journeys and governance.

This Nordic role allows hybrid work from Oslo or other Nordic locations, with travel within Nordics as needed. You will lead process development, journey orchestration, and lifecycle management across CRM and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in process development, journey management or digital transformation.
• Ability to connect technology and business needs to improve end-to-end processes across channels.
• Fluency in English; bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business administration or information systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive, model, and implement end-to-end processes enabling digital transformation across channels.
• Improve and standardize journeys and processes across CRM and digital platforms.
• Ensure processes are compliant and well-governed while enhancing the customer experience.
• Manage end-to-end journey orchestration and lifecycle management across platforms.
• Apply data insights and process mining to identify friction and improvement opportunities.
• Support delivery teams by diagnosing and improving processes and journeys in ongoing initiatives.
