Job summary

Grey Matter Recruitment is seeking a Director of Marketing, EMEA to own the regional strategy and performance. You will build out the EMEA marketing function and lead demand generation, pipeline development and brand awareness across Europe.

The role requires leading regional events, integrated campaigns, and localisation of global messaging for key European markets, in close partnership with EMEA Sales, Product and Global Marketing. Remote work with travel to London and across EMEA is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of B2B marketing experience; ideally in Retail Media or AdTech.
• Proven track record leading regional or global marketing functions.
• Strong strategic and commercial mindset with a pipeline delivery history.
• Experience building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Comfortable operating within a matrixed global organisation.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing across demand gen, content, events and digital.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with ability to execute when needed.
