Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Customer Supply Chain Managers and planners for optimal order fulfilment.
• Serve as primary supply chain contact for major retailer partnerships.
• Oversee order management to ensure OTIF performance and minimize shortages.
• Translate data into actionable insights using ERP/BI tools.
• Drive cost-to-serve initiatives and improve forecast accuracy and promotions.
