Job summary
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Finance Analyst – UK to partner on OPEX budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis. You will work with the Finance Manager and cross‑functional teams to develop skills towards a professional finance qualification.
You will lead cost centre budgeting, perform month‑end journals, prepare management packs and contribute to financial planning across UK and global operations. This role offers a hybrid working model.
Qualifications
- Part qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Experience forecasting and budgeting in a commercial setting.
- Strong analytical and numeric skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist with budget and forecasting for OPEX and CAPEX with cross‑functional inputs.
- Lead monthly cost centre budget meetings and ensure accurate recognition of expenditures.
- Validate month-end journals and support UK and global management accounts.
- Prepare month-end commentary packs for Senior Management.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support the Senior Finance Manager UK.
