Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Oslo seeks a D365 CRM Developer with 6–10 years of experience to design and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform. Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office.

You will configure and customize CE, build C# plugins, integrate via REST/Web APIs, and support CI/CD pipelines, data migration, and reporting with SSRS/FetchXML. Strong knowledge of Azure services and DevOps is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse architecture and security model.
• Hands-on with C#, Web API, FetchXML, and Power Platform integration.

Responsibilities

• Dynamics 365 CE Configuration & Customization
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE Out-of-the-Box features
• Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles
• Design and implement scalable CRM solutions following Microsoft best practices
• Develop and maintain C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom APIs
• Optimize plugin performance and troubleshoot execution pipeline issues
• Develop Power Automate cloud flows for business process automation
• Create reusable automation solutions with proper exception handling and logging
• Work with Model-Driven Apps and Power Apps components
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus
• Plan and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to Dataverse
• Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation, and reconciliation
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout migration activities
• Develop SSRS reports, FetchXML reports, and Word/Excel templates
• Create dashboards and charts within Dynamics 365
• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy
• Support CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
• Maintain version control and release documentation
• Analyze and resolve production issues within SLA timelines
• Monitor application health and optimize CRM performance
• Troubleshoot plugin exceptions, workflow failures, integration issues, and Power Automate failures
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
