Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Analyst Programmer in Oslo with hybrid work. The role covers configuration, customization, and integration across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE suite, including Power Platform.

You will collaborate with Architects and offshore teams to deliver robust enterprise solutions and ensure project alignment with best practices. Relocation to Malta is supported with a visa package.

Qualifications

• University degree in computing or business.
• Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement Certification (2015, 2016 or 365).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement/CRM Online 2015, 2016 or 365.
• Good understanding of .Net development, source control, unit testing and build processes.
• Experience in D365CE configuration, customization, workflows, dashboards, forms, views and reports.
• Knowledge of CRM functional areas: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Professional Services.
• Understanding of Common Data Model and Common Data Service, customising/extending.
• Experience with Power Platform stack: Power Apps & Power Automate.
• D365CE integration with CDS, Flow, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus; Azure DevOps for source control and pipelines.
• HTML5 development aligned with D365CE; SQL Server, SSRS/SSIS knowledge.
• Data migration for D365CE; experience with Scribe or KingswaySoft; ISV accelerators and offshore delivery.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-quality Dynamics 365 CE solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with Architects and Senior Developers on design and documentation.
• Work in Agile or Waterfall approaches per project needs.
• Implement technical solutions in D365CE to meet client requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date design/technical documentation during development.
• Develop components beyond core D365CE using Power BI, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, PowerApps.
• Coordinate with onshore and near/offshore teams; deliver per project plan.
