Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect for a senior, permanent role based in Oslo with relocation to Malta.

The ideal candidate will lead architecture and delivery of Dynamics CE projects, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams, and guiding business stakeholders through design decisions. Hybrid work model, GMT+1 hours, with visa and relocation support included.

Qualifications

• University graduate with relevant degree in computing or business.
• Extensive Dynamics CRM configuration, customization and integration experience.
• Strong Power Platform skills including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and related tooling.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
• Familiarity with agile, Waterfall and DevOps delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations for mid-to-large clients.
• Design and document solution architecture, data models and integration approaches.
• Configure, customize and extend Dynamics CE using .NET and Power Platform.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.
• Support presales activities with demonstrations and proofs of concept.
