Job summary

Omega 365 Consulting in Stavanger seeks a Senior Planning Engineer D&W to plan and design drilling, completion, P&A and subsea activities on fixed platforms and mobile installations. You will join a team supporting Well Construction Process and D&W operations with offshore travel on request.

The role focuses on delivering comprehensive planning, coordinating with disciplines, and ensuring safe, efficient execution of planned operations.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in relevant technical disciplines.
• Valid Offshore Safety Course (required for some roles).
• Valid IWCF (required for some roles).
• Compliance with internal competence requirements.

Responsibilities

Assignment Description

PDP WELLS is responsible for planning and execution of Interventions, P&A, Drilling, Completion and Subsea of new wells on Fixed platforms and Mobile installations. We are currently looking for engineers for drilling & well planning teams. These teams support our Well Construction Process and D&W operations with work location Stavanger.

The Engineer is responsible for planning and design work related to the planned operations.

The engineer shall (but not limited to):

• provide the key planning for execution of Drilling & Well activities
• support and follow-up of ongoing daily operations
• perform experience transfer and well reporting
• work in teams with other disciplines, perform method selection, risk assessment, evaluate and recommend required equipment

Offshore traveling on request

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree within relevant technical disciplines
