Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a Discipline Lead for MC - Mech./Piping to drive Mechanical Completion across onshore/offshore projects. You will lead disciplines, manage resources and budgets, and coordinate with suppliers and yards to ensure safe, timely handover.

The role requires a strong track record in EPC environments (Topsides/Facilities or renewables), plus hands-on use of PIMS, MIPS, ProCoSys, and Autodesk Simulate. Norwegian and English communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree, or technical education with extensive MC experience.
• Strong leadership to guide, motivate and support discipline personnel.
• Experience from EPC projects within Topsides & Facilities, Renewables or similar.
• Experience with PIMS, MIPS, ProCoSys, Microsoft 365 and Autodesk Simulate.
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
