Job summary

Judicial College in London seeks a Digital Learning and Delivery Officer to design and deliver digital skills training for Judicial Office Holders. The role focuses on IRCC-driven training over two years, including adoption of AI-enabled tools and accessible learning resources.

You will collaborate with Course Directors, IT Liaison Judges and senior judiciary to translate complex concepts into practical learning, while supporting broader digital learning initiatives and production tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience of designing and delivering digital training and learning resources in online and/or face-to-face environments.
• Ability to deliver engaging training, demonstrations or presentations to groups.
• High level of digital literacy and confidence with a range of digital tools for learning and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver and maintain digital learning resources for Judicial Office Holders connected to the IRCC.
• Facilitate digital skills sessions, webinars, demonstrations and workshops for a range of judicial audiences.
• Develop learning materials including presentations, guidance, e-learning content and other assets.
• Work with Course Directors and senior judiciary to identify learning needs and priorities.
• Support users to build confidence in new technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
• Ensure learning products meet accessibility requirements and inclusive design practices.
• Contribute to wider Digital Learning Service activities, including filming and editing of training resources.
• Manage competing priorities and keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks and timelines.
