Job summary

CB Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an experienced Knowledge Development Lawyer for a leading international law firm, to join the Corporate Tax & Incentives practice. You will move beyond traditional fee-earning to shape knowledge strategy, training and innovation.

You will work with senior lawyers to develop precedents, update guidance, and produce client alerts. The role requires 5+ years PQE in corporate tax, excellence in drafting and research, and a passion for technology, AI, and continuous

Qualifications

Must be a qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE.
Experienced in Corporate Tax, advisory and transactional work.
Strong drafting and research skills.
Comfortable delivering legal training.
Commercially minded with senior stakeholders.
Interest in technology, AI and innovation.
Experience in knowledge management or PSL/KDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the knowledge strategy for the Corporate Tax & Incentives practice.
Create precedents, guidance, toolkits, checklists and know-how resources.
Deliver engaging legal training to lawyers at all levels.
Monitor UK and international tax developments and translate them into practical guidance.
Support lawyers with technical queries and research.
Produce client alerts, articles and thought leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency across the practice.
Contribute to technology, AI and innovation initiatives.
Help shape new ways of working across the team.
