Job summary

Solventum is seeking a field-based Dental Education Specialist to train dental professionals and support sales with expert product demonstrations across Denmark and Norway. You will deliver lectures, webinars, and hands-on sessions to enhance product knowledge and clinical education, collaborating with regional teams to align with strategic priorities.

The role requires native-level Danish or Norwegian, strong English, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in dentistry, dental hygiene, dental technology, dental studies, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams and customers to support priorities and growth in dental services across key accounts.
• Deliver education to dental professionals on safe and effective use of Solventum products through lectures, webinars, and hands-on sessions.
• Build internal capability by enhancing the sales team's product knowledge and sharing insights on competitors.
• Identify local strategic healthcare professionals and influencers aligned with education priorities.
• Ensure all education and activities comply with local/regional standards and approved content processes.
