Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Clinical Advisor for the Dental Solutions portfolio. The role is field-based in Denmark or Norway, with extensive travel across Denmark and Norway, delivering clinical education and product demonstrations to dental professionals.

You will collaborate with sales teams, build internal knowledge, and identify local KOLs while ensuring compliance and high-quality education across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in dentistry, dental hygiene, dental technology, dental studies, or related field.
• Native-level proficiency in Danish or Norwegian and strong written/spoken English.
• Experience delivering clinical education and product training in a dental environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work across Denmark and Norway within an international EMEA organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to support growth, priorities, and customer penetration.
• Deliver education to dental professionals through lectures, webinars, hands-on sessions, congresses and events.
• Develop the sales team’s product knowledge and share insights on competitors and activities.
• Identify and support local strategic healthcare professionals and KOLs in alignment with priorities.
• Ensure all education and activities comply with local standards and approved content.
