Job summary

XPENG Motors Norway is seeking a Delivery Specialist to ensure fast, efficient and high-quality vehicle deliveries. You will follow the delivery process from arrival to handover to customers, collaborating with agents, logistics partners, sales, and internal support.

The role requires ownership, problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, and strong coordination skills. Proficiency with CRM and logistics tools, and fluency in Norwegian and English, are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive, logistics, customer deliveries or sales administration is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of operational processes and coordination.
  • Experience with CRM, order management or logistics systems.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence using digital tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication in Norwegian and English.
  • A valid category B driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up vehicles from arrival in Norway through to final customer delivery.
  • Ensure progress across transportation, arrival inspection, PDI, preparation and registration.
  • Coordinate delivery plans with agents and internal departments.
  • Ensure deliveries occur within agreed deadlines.
  • Identify delayed deliveries and initiate actions.
  • Verify contracts, payments and documentation before delivery.
  • Ensure high data quality across our systems.
  • Respond to enquiries from agents regarding deliveries.
  • Prepare and monitor reports on delivery status and lead times.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, routines and systems.
  • Support the sales organisation during periods of high delivery volume.

Delivery Specialist - Norway
About the Role

As a Delivery Specialist at XPENG Motors Norway, you will play a key role in ensuring fast, efficient and high-quality vehicle deliveries.

You will follow the vehicles throughout the entire delivery process—from arrival and preparation to registration and final handover to the customer. The role involves close collaboration with our agents, logistics partners, sales organisation and internal support functions.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership and enjoys finding solutions when things do not go according to plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up vehicles from arrival in Norway through to final customer delivery
  • Ensure progress across transportation, arrival inspection, PDI, preparation and registration
  • Coordinate delivery plans with agents and internal departments
  • Ensure that vehicles are delivered within agreed deadlines
  • Identify vehicles and deliveries that have been delayed, and initiate the necessary actions
  • Ensure that arrival inspections, damages and deviations are registered and handled promptly
  • Follow up the availability and installation of winter wheels and other required equipment
  • Verify that contracts, payments, financing and documentation are in place before delivery
  • Ensure correct status updates and high data quality across our systems
  • Respond to and follow up enquiries from agents regarding deliveries
  • Prepare and monitor reports on delivery status, lead times and deviations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, routines and systems
  • Support the sales organisation during periods of high delivery volume

  • Shortest possible lead time from vehicle arrival to customer delivery

  • Reduction of vehicles remaining unnecessarily in stock or preparation

Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience from the automotive industry, logistics, customer deliveries or sales administration is an advantage
  • Good understanding of operational processes and coordination
  • Experience with CRM, order management or logistics systems
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence using digital tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
  • A valid category B driving licence

Relevant work experience may compensate for a lack of formal education.

Organisational Placement

The position reports to Head of sales and works closely with Sales Operations, Logistics, Sales and XPENG's agent network.
