Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to guide customers through digital transformation journeys across multiple projects. You will lead discovery workshops, define designs, and provide architectural leadership to ensure successful delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organisations maximise Microsoft investments while driving growth through innovative solutions and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions in a consultancy, partner, or professional services environment.
• Expertise across one or more CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, or Customer Insights.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and enterprise application design.
• Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Track record of leading full project lifecycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot capabilities.
• Azure Integration Services, Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP platforms and other enterprise applications.
• Data migration and digital transformation project experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
• Experience supporting pre-sales and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementation and transformation projects.
• Facilitate customer workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and business process reviews.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable solution designs.
• Provide leadership and direction to functional consultants, developers, and project teams.
• Design end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Oversee integration strategies between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications.
• Support project governance, technical assurance, and delivery quality.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including demonstrations, solution proposals, and bid support.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 and the wider Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem.
• Mentor consultants and help drive capability growth within the practice.
