What you’ll do

As part of our Customer Support team, you will play a key role in ensuring a great experience for our users in Norway. Your main mission is to help drivers and car owners make the most of Getaround’s platform by providing clear, friendly, and efficient assistance.

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Handling more complex cases directly with users and making sound, well‑informed decisions.
• Sharing user feedback with the wider team to improve our service and product.
• Ensuring a consistently high level of quality in every interaction.

What you’ll bring

• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• A strong communicator with a positive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Experienced in customer service — experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable using IT systems and quick to learn new tools.
• Based in Oslo and holds a driver’s license (class B).
• Part‑time position: typically 1–3 shifts per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Additional shifts may be available during holidays or vacation periods.
