Job summary

Maersk seeks a Customer Experience Consultant to ensure exceptional service across the end-to-end shipment lifecycle. You will build strong customer relationships, proactively inform about issues, and drive improvements while working independently and supporting the team.

You will onboard customers to standard processes, align with internal and external stakeholders, promote digital tools, and help achieve contract fulfillment through regular check-ins and collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Logistics/Ocean transport.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer experience and drive operational excellence.
• Onboard new customers on standard processes and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders on customer requirements.
• Promote digital adoption and self-service solutions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Execute transactional activities with customers and stakeholders.
• Orchestrate end-to-end shipment cycles with cross-functional teams.
• Handle routine exceptions independently and escalate when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement to ease doing business with Maersk.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer needs.
