Job summary

Lime Petroleum AS is seeking a technology leader to join as CTO for AI-powered SaaS initiatives in Oslo. You will shape technology strategy and lead execution in close partnership with the CEO and founders, spanning early product launches to scalable platforms and international growth.

AI will be core, and you will identify where it delivers meaningful customer value with robust architecture and data foundations.

Qualifications

• You have built and shipped SaaS products, led engineers and made consequential technology decisions.
• You understand the practical challenges of deploying AI, including model selection, data quality, privacy, performance and cost.
• You are comfortable moving between strategic discussions and technical detail.

Responsibilities

• As CTO, shape the technology strategy and lead execution with the CEO and founders.
• Identify where AI creates customer value and build architecture, data foundations and engineering practices.
• Translate business ambition into a focused technology and AI roadmap.
• Build products with LLMs, agents and intelligent workflows.
• Establish evaluation and monitoring practices for AI in production.
• Scale architecture and engineering teams while maintaining delivery speed.
