Job summary

On behalf of our clients is seeking ambitious, hands-on CTOs for opportunities with startups and scaleups. You will own the technology strategy, architecture and delivery, and you will build AI capabilities into the core product while ensuring customer value and growth.

AI will be central to your mandate, from LLMs to automated workflows. Depending on the company’s stage, you will either validate early concepts or scale an established platform for international expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience as CTO or engineering leader.
• Track record of shipping SaaS products.
• Hands-on AI capabilities deployment (LLMs, agents, data-driven automation).
• Strong foundations in software engineering, cloud architecture and APIs.
• Ability to balance rapid delivery with reliability and cost.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology strategy, architecture and delivery roadmap.
• Build AI capabilities into core product and customer experience.
• Turn AI prototypes into reliable production systems with clear standards for quality, latency and cost.
• Develop scalable SaaS platforms with strong security and data foundations.
• Recruit, develop and lead engineering teams with a culture of ownership and speed.
• Work closely with founders, product teams and customers to prioritise value.
