Job summary

CTS Group is seeking a QA/QC CSA Engineer to ensure Civil, Structural, and Architectural works meet contract and code requirements on a large-scale data center project.

The role emphasizes on-site QA/QC plan execution, inspections, non-conformance management, and documentation to support client audits and smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years QA/QC experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with data centers, mission-critical, or high-tech facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the QA/QC plan for all CSA works on site.
• Conduct inspections and witness tests for civil, structural, and architectural activities.
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans, method statements, and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards.
• Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, commissioning, and client teams.
• Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, and handover documentation.
• Support audits by clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor subcontractor quality performance and provide guidance.
• Participate in site meetings and quality-related reviews.

Role Overview

We are seeking a QA/QC CSA Engineer to support the delivery of a large-scale data center project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works are executed in full compliance with contract requirements, design specifications, and applicable codes and standards. This role is critical to maintaining the highest quality levels throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the QA/QC plan for all CSA-related works on site
• Conduct inspections and witness tests for civil, structural, and architectural activities
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans, method statements, and material submittals
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards
• Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and track corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate closely with construction, engineering, commissioning, and client teams
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records, inspection reports, and handover documentation
• Support audits by clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor subcontractor quality performance and provide guidance as needed
• Participate in site meetings and quality-related reviews

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of QA/QC experience in large-scale construction projects
• Proven experience on data center, mission-critical, industrial, or high-tech facilities is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of CSA works, including concrete, steel structures, architectural finishes, and envelope systems
• Familiarity with international standards and codes (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM, ACI, AISC, BS, EN)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience working for or with general contractors on fast-paced projects
