Job summary

MaineHealth seeks a Peer Recovery Partner to provide one-on-one support in the community, at individuals' homes, or at the work location. The role includes group facilitation and helping people connect with wellness and recovery opportunities in their communities.

Role emphasizes recovery-oriented support, collaboration with Behavioral Health, and engagement with clients across Maine and New Hampshire. Prior CIPSS or Recovery Coach training is preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Education: Some college coursework preferred.
• License/Certifications: CIPSS certification or CIPSS within 9 months; driver’s license required.
• Experience: Experience providing one-on-one and/or group facilitation peer support preferred.
• Additional Skills: In recovery, willing to self-identify; computer proficiency required.
