MaineHealth Corporate is seeking an Inventory Services Representative to maintain inventory locations, optimize par levels, and perform item-level system upkeep across designated sites.

You will work closely with the Inventory Service Coordinator to support key supply chain initiatives and safety practices while integrating with our broader healthcare operations. This role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and proactive problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Floor stocking, buyer, warehouse distribution preferred.
• Experience with computer-based material management system.
• Specialized training in material management field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory location records and par levels at designated sites.

Summary

The Inventory Services Representative role is responsible for the inventory location maintenance, par optimization and item level system maintenance of inventory at designated locations. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
