Strawberry is seeking a proactive Commercial Analyst - Loyalty & Partnerships to join the Commercial Insights & Personalization team, acting as the analytics bridge to key commercial, loyalty, and partnership leads. You will turn complex member and partner data into commercial value, shaping retention, loyalty growth, and partner profitability with high autonomy and an analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Relevant background in Loyalty Analytics, Partnership Analytics, Commercial Financial Modeling, or Business Intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery / Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. Experience using CRM platforms or similar tools.
• We typically expect around 5+ years of experience in Loyalty, Partnership, or Commercial Analytics with strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted business partner and commercial challenger for loyalty and partnerships.
• Dive into member and customer data to uncover why retention or engagement fluctuates and propose actionable solutions.
• Support and empower loyalty and partnership leads with data foundations and dashboards to optimize value and performance.
• Tell data stories, not just generate dashboards, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
