Job summary

Strawberryhotels is seeking a curious Digital Sales & Marketing Analyst to turn complex data into commercial actions. You will partner with the Digital Sales team, dive into cross‑channel data, and identify why sales shift to proactively propose bold, actionable solutions that drive growth across our Nordic hotel portfolio.

You will tell the story behind the numbers, not just pull dashboards, and you will work in a high‑tempo environment with a hybrid setup in Solna or Oslo.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with digital marketing, including paid media.
• Strong experience with digital analytics tools (GA4, PowerBI).
• Around 5+ years of digital analytics experience with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cross‑channel performance and identify drivers of sales fluctuations.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize digital sales and marketing.
• Evaluate campaign ROI, customer acquisition and CRO opportunities.
• Partner with Digital Sales leadership to drive data‑driven initiatives.
• Tell the story behind the data and influence business decisions.
