Boulevard Animal Hospital is currently seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and their pets. This full-time role emphasizes appointment management, client communication, and front desk operations in a busy clinic.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out.
• Schedule, reschedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments using approved processes.
• Welcome and onboard new clients with information about services and policies.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members to support patient care and operations.
• Answer incoming calls using established hospital protocols and etiquette.
• Route medical questions and urgent concerns to the veterinary team.
