Job summary

Son Spa in Norway invites skilled chefs to join our culinary team. You will prepare high-quality dishes across our diverse concepts, from à la carte to banquets, while upholding strict hygiene standards and consistent quality.

You’ll work in a modern kitchen and contribute to menu development in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. We value English fluency and a long-term commitment; Norwegian language is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Holds a professional chef’s certificate and currently works as a chef.
• Has at least three years of experience from hotel or restaurant kitchens.
• Works well in a team and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Is passionate about quality, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Works independently and maintains high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Inspires and motivates colleagues.
• Communicates fluently in English. Norwegian is an advantage but not required.
• Is looking for a long-term position and wants to be part of our team for the years to come.
• Holds a valid EU passport or already have the legal right to work in Norway.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce high-quality food in accordance with our standards.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and food safety in daily operations.
• Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement.
• Participate in a rotating schedule including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
