Job summary

Northern Lights JV DA is seeking a strategic CFO to guide financial strategy, procurement, and HR as it scales from a pioneer project to a fully operational commercial enterprise. You will report to the Managing Director and oversee finance, tax, treasury and governance, while aligning with Equinor, Shell and TotalEnergies owners.

The role requires deep governance knowledge, experience with complex contracts, and the ability to build high-performing teams across 8 FTE.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in corporate finance and governance.
• Experience in multi-owner joint-venture structures is desirable.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, and treasury for the JV.
• Lead financing, reporting, tax compliance and risk management.
• Manage Contract & Procurement, HR and office administration.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of 8 FTE across Finance, Treasury, C&P and HR.
