Qualifications

• Proven track record as CFO or senior finance leader in an industrial, technical, or multi-entity company.
• Strong expertise in group accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop finance organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s financial strategy.
• Lead group accounting, consolidation, and IFRS compliance.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and key external stakeholders.
